Meetings
We learn through sharings, classes, workshops, events, and one-on-one discussions. Our Center also is the home for a large Body - Mind - Spirit Reference Library. Ancient knowledge on herbs, crystals, frequency / sound, and other healing methods can be explored. This knowledge is shared through our Blogs and Newsletters.

Help Our Elders & Those Challenged With The Transformative Illness
We are working with currently an Elder who is challenged with many physical issues. This is now a 24/7 live-in caregiving project. Other work involves another Elder who is losing her short-term memory. Long distance energy work is also being offerred via phone, internet, and with focusing absentee Reiki.
